Silver medal at Vinandino, Mendoza September 2009. A welcome return to our list for this highly regarded Malbec. The previous vintage was "Wine of the Year" in the Gaucho restaurant chain in 2007. This is a splendid wine, elegant and rare. The wine offers a cherry plum colour, a clean nose that after taking in plenty of air will reveal its true red and green pepper aroma interspersed with dried apricots and peaches.
