Palate: Dry with medium body, medium acidity and soft, ripe tannins. Ripe fruit flavours, raspberry, blackberry and cassis with hints of cigar box. A medium-long finish. Fresh and easy to drink, this is ready to be enjoyed now.
Food match: This is a very versatile wine and could happily be drunk on its own without food. Ideal to pair with lamb and other red meats, pasta and cheese.
