Palate: Dry with medium(+) body, medium acidity and mild, mature tannins. Complex and harmonious with flavours of black cherry and cassis with light hints of coffee and white pepper. A concentrated, smooth wine expressing the high altitude terroir.
Food match: Ideal to pair with red meats, pasta and cheese.
