From the highest vineyards in the Tupungato region of Mendoza, the wine has been fermented in French oak barrels. The Bombal family who make this wonderful wine and the other "Estancia Ancon" wines are a very old family in the Mendoza province. Their estate produces a great variety of crops and livestock. Most of their grapes are sold to other top wineries, but they keep a small portion for their own winery.
