For standard delivery anywhere on the UK mainland we aim to deliver your order within 48 hours (excl. Highlands & Northern Ireland), via our trusted carrier Parcelforce. We will alert you by e-mail once your order has shipped with an estimated date of delivery. The carrier will require a signature at the time of delivery. (NOT REQUIRED WHILE COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS REMAIN IN PLACE) Please indicate where your order can be left if you are not going to be in to receive it.
For standard delivery anywhere on the UK mainland we deliver free of charge for any order of £100 (including VAT) or more. For orders under £100 there is a charge of £10 including VAT.
If you would like a delivery outside the UK mainland, please contact us for a personalised quotation, specifying the number of bottles, the country and the delivery zipcode.

We operate a 'no quibble' returns & replacement policy. It is rare that we have a breakage, due to our careful packaging and excellent courier, but accidents do happen. Should a bottle or bottles arrive to you damaged please contact us to inform us of the breakage and we will arrange for a refund for the damaged goods, or send replacements free of charge.
If you find a bottle to be corked or otherwise spoiled, let us know and we will either refund or replace the bottle free of charge.
