A blend of 60 % Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, Bodega Cruzat's award-winning Cuvee Nature has all the attributes of a top-class Argentinian sparkling wine.
Deep pink colour, with aromas of red and tropical fruits as well as toasted bread, it is a bold and distinguished wine with light and elegant tannins. The balanced acidity conferred by the small percentage of Chardonnay translates into a crispy sensation in the mouth. It pairs well with pasta with thick well seasoned sauces, red meats or game such as hare and wild boar, and sweet desserts.
A blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay grown high in the Uco Valley, it is a ripe, structured wine with balanced acidity. Of a subtle yellow colour and impressive perlage, it offers the fine aromas derived from ageing on its lees for 10 years. The ideal wine for all types of food, the perfect accompaniment to a special occasion, and a very fine gift indeed for someone you like very much. Put the Champagne away. The Millésime demands a place in your ice bucket.
A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay harvested in early February on the warm slopes of Perdriel, Cruzat's Premier Rosé Extra Brut is a wine that is sure to delight. With a subtle and attractive salmony colour, and admirable perlage, it surprises with its aromas of red fruits and crisp persistent flavours. Its light elegant tannins combined with a good sugar-acidity balance offer a sensation of freshness on the palate.
Perfect enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif. It also pairs very well with fish, red meats and desserts.
