The Cruzat Cuvée Extra Brut means there's no reason to miss out on the fizz. Structured and crisp, with an acidity that is balanced by its greater sugar content, there are aromas of pineapple and cherries, and flavours of apple and passion fruit.
It pairs marvellously with grilled white fish or a dish of Carbonara, but as it's a vegan friendly wine, may we suggest some chargilled Mediterranean vegetables or a vegan risotto.

The result of years of passion and painstaking attention to detail, The Millésime is Cruzat's magnum opus: a blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay. A sparkling nectar from the high, rocky soils of the Uco Valley.
This is Bodega Cruzat's re-branded successor to the Cruzat Clasico Extra Brut (still available on our site but with limited remaining stocks) and, like its earlier vintage predecessor, it is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Grown high in the Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza the grapes are harvested in February, and then fermented for 12 months using traditional in-bottle fermentation. Cruzat's attention to detail produces a crisp sparkling wine with balanced acidity and an admirable perlage. On the nose there are notes of citrus, flowers, and subtle aromas of tropical fruits. It's a wine that is perfect to be enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif, but pairs very well with seafood, fish and light pasta dishes.
Prosecco? Pah! Old hat, we're afraid, especially as for the same price (thanks to a discount from us) you can treat your palette to something smoother, richer, and with practically perfect perlage.
A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay harvested in early February on the warm slopes of Perdriel, Cruzat's Premier Rosé Extra Brut is a wine that is sure to delight. With a subtle and attractive salmon colour, and admirable perlage, it surprises with its aromas of red fruits and crisp persistent flavours. Its light elegant tannins combined with a good sugar-acidity balance offer a sensation of freshness on the palate.
Perfect enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif. It also pairs very well with fish, red meats and desserts.
A 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine made from grapes hand-picked in 2014 from a single vineyard (the La Dama Vineyard) on the Cruzat estate in Valle de Uco, Mendoza.
24 months ageing on lees results in a wine that is delicate pale yellow in the glass, with exciting aromas of citrus fruit, vanilla, and brioche, and a fresh, clean, complex taste on the palate.
